LGTBQ Equality Florida and
your Manatee Schools

A few months ago, I received this information about Equality Florida and Manatee County. Equality Florida put together an information brochure LGBTQ District Guidelines for school districts. On page fifteen of the brochure, Manatee County was listed as one district that was supporting or developing guidelines. When I brought this up to the administration in a meeting,  I was told they were not creating any guidelines, or promoting this in the schools AND they did not know how Manatee’s name got on this guideline page. I was told it would be looked into. Weeks later after not receiving an answer, I pressed the issue again. I was told it was still on the list to be investigated.

On page 15 of this LGBTQ District Guidelines it shows Manatee County on the list as Districts who are Following Guidelines or Redeveloping Guidelines, can you explain.

Hello Deanna, 
 
NEOLA is a service that most school districts use to update Board policies.  They take what the Legislature passes and turns it into Board policies for School Boards to adopt or edit current policies.
 
We do not have any District guidelines on LGBTQ so that document is incorrect.  We are waiting on the Florida Department of Education for further guidance on this topic following the passage of recent legislation.

Then I acquired from a completely different source, a zoom call with an Employee of the Manatee County School District giving training to teachers AND she was also involved with Equality Florida. Here is the condensed zoom call:

After obtaining and being in possession of this video, I once again brought it to the administration’s attention. This time I was told that Manatee County was in a lawsuit with Equality Florida. 
Of course, I was not going to take this as the truth and started to do some digging to find this so called, ‘Lawsuit.” 
Wolla, this is what I found:

As you can see, there are eight school districts that are Defendants in the case with Manatee being one of them. 
 
I was told that, “Yes, Noelle DeLaCruz, was an employee at the school district but is no longer there due to the lawsuit.
Upon further questioning of the reason for the lawsuit, the story I received was because they would not push the Equality Florida Agenda. 
 
Keep these thoughts in your mind when you are watching the video. 
* Noelle’s position was a psychologist at Manatee school district.
* WHO got this into the schools….None other than our dear ol’ Commie Comrade, “Charlie Kennedy!!” 
Sarasota is also listed in the lawsuit. On March 5, 2021, there was a two day Equality Florida Conference. This is where the Manatee and Equality Florida  zoom call derives from. Here is Sarasota’s zoom call with lovely Jane Goodwin, school board chairman, and a link to the whole conference……I might warn you watch it on an empty stomach!!

Now to be clear, I do not have a problem with how anyone chooses to live their life.

We all have freedoms and I cherish mine! But it is a slippery slope on making this into a trend….

This conference was only one year and 6 months ago...keep that in mind.
How did a lawsuit happen so quickly?
What was the real reason(s)?
Who did not hold up their end of the deal?
What was the DEAL that was struck??
Who is paying, funding this lawsuit?
Who is behind Equality Florida?
When you watch these videos notice the words they use and the terminology. You will see how they incorporate not only LGBTQ across the spectrum but how they incorporate diversity, equity, inclusion, and their own statistics and data. Jane Goodwin talks about school board policies and procedures. 
This is happening in some schools!! But it’s NOT about the LGBTQ community. It’s the Avenue to get multiple indoctrinations into the schools and the LGBTQ people are being USED as the pathway!!!

Here are examples of Social Emotional Learning, Activism, Diversity, and Inclusion indoctrination.

 These are types of propaganda that is put in some of the online “Supplemental” courses for teachers. This particular video is about BLM. Children do not have the capacity to understand or comprehend what activism is at such a young age. They use appealing cartoon characters and story telling to reach them on their level of cognition. Luckily, Manatee stopped using BrainPop awhile ago but we found this same kind of messaging in the CharacterStrong online supplement. We took a deep dive into the videos and were able to get it removed from the schools this year along with Newsela.
 
Thankfully, we have been able to stress this with Manatee County Administration. There is an agenda out there and some NOT all teachers think it’s ok for kids to question their identity and then to become activists because of it. The teachers are also being groomed in order to create a NEW way of thinking and breaking the bond between the parents and the child. This is what we need to be mindful of and on alert. Collectively, we are on the front battle lines “TOGETHER.” This war has already been waged! “We ARE under attack, and the children are the TARGETS!!!

These are very serious issues that need to be closely looked at and monitored. It is NOT about the “Gay Community.” This is about taking away our self autonomy, and free thought, and instilling Marxist ideas and indoctrination. The schools are littered with this even though they denounce it, as do the teachers. They do not understand it so they do not see it. We must be on alert and wake those who do not wish to see it. No one can fathom such evil exists!! This is understandable but time is of the essence…
